Order processing begins once the payment has been successfully authorised, booked, or credited to the store’s account.
The order processing time is counted from the moment payment authorisation is successfully completed.
If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card, the processing time is counted from the day the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
If the products are not available in stock, the production time is up to 2 business days. Delivery is carried out via InPost. The delivery time is usually up to 2 business days.
The Customer receives a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.
