Returns and complaints

You have the right to return the goods, meaning to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

To do so, you only need to submit a completed, signed, and scanned withdrawal form before the above deadline. The form may be sent by e-mail to: happyskull4u@gmail.com or in writing to the following address: Arkadiusz Jacniacki, ul. Łąkowa 3G, 80-180 Borkowo, Poland.

The Customer is obliged to return the goods by courier at their own expense to the following address: Arkadiusz Jacniacki, ul. Łąkowa 3G, 80-180 Borkowo, Poland.

We will inform you about the next steps of the return procedure by e-mail immediately after receiving the return form.

The refund will be made no later than within 14 days from receiving the product covered by the withdrawal from the contract. Shipping costs will also be refunded in accordance with the store’s Terms and Conditions.

The Seller will make the refund using the same payment method. If it is necessary to refund a transaction made by the Customer using a payment card, the Seller will refund the money to the bank account assigned to the Customer’s payment card.

The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

The right to withdraw from the contract and return the product applies only to items that show no visible signs of use. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.

The right of return does not apply to personalised products, in accordance with Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
