TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SIGNME ONLINE STORE
Setting out, among other things, the rules for concluding agreements through the Store and containing the most important information about the Seller, the Store, and Consumer rights.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Consumer – a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store.
Privileged Buyer – a Consumer or a person conducting business activity, where the purchase is not of a professional nature for that person.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store and place orders, the following are required:
a device with Internet access,
a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,
an active e-mail account.
§ 4 PURCHASES IN THE STORE
Product prices in the Store are gross prices and include VAT.
The total cost of the order consists of the product price and the delivery cost.
The Buyer may create an account or make a purchase without registration.
An order is placed after:
adding the product to the cart,
selecting the delivery and payment method,
providing delivery details,
accepting the Terms and Conditions.
Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a sales agreement.
§ 5 PAYMENTS
The Buyer may pay:
via Autopay
§ 6 ORDER FULFILMENT
The fulfilment time is provided in the product description.
The order is fulfilled after the payment has been credited, if prepayment was selected.
Products are shipped within the territory of Poland and Europe.
Delivery methods:
InPost parcel lockers.
§ 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
The Privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed by e-mail or by post.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
The return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
The goods should be returned to the following address: ul. Łąkowa 3G, 80-180 Borkowo, Poland.
§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
goods made according to the Buyer’s specifications, for example personalised prints,
sealed goods which, after opening, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,
recordings and software after the packaging has been opened,
other cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
§ 9 COMPLAINTS
The Seller is obliged to deliver goods that comply with the agreement.

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days of its receipt. No response within this period means that the complaint has been accepted.
If the goods are found not to comply with the agreement, the Buyer has the right to:
repair or replacement of the goods, a price reduction, withdrawal from the agreement — if the non-compliance is significant and repair or replacement is impossible or excessively difficult.
The Seller’s liability for the lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement lasts for 2 years from the date the goods are delivered to the Buyer.
The Buyer should report the non-compliance within a reasonable time after discovering it, preferably with a description of the problem and a photo documenting the defect.

§ 10 PERSONAL DATA
The controller of personal data is Arkadiusz Jacniacki.
Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment, account management, and newsletter delivery.
Details can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
§ 11 RESERVATIONS
It is prohibited to provide unlawful content.
Each order constitutes a separate agreement.
Agreements are concluded in Polish.
In the case of Buyers who are not consumers, the court competent for the Seller’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
Effective date of the Terms and Conditions: 06.06.2025.
